Venue: Dundee Contemporary Arts, Dundee
Visit website

Event Date: 09/03/2016 10:00 - 12:30

Into Film and Education Scotland have collaborated to bring together this event where the popular animation film of The Gruffalo's Child will be screened at Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre. After the screening we will be joined by two special guests, James Robertson, who will read his Scots translation ‘The Gruffalo’s Wean’, and Matthew Fitt, who will give a new and never-before-heard reading of The Gruffalo’s Bairn in Dundonian Scots.

The event will consist of a screening of the film, two readings, then a Q&A with the two authors.

Teachers will also be provided with educational resources to take away. We recommend this event for P3, 4 & 5 pupils.
